Two works better than one!
On this project in Ballinteer both homeowners in adjoining semi-detached houses decided to take a unified stance in reducing their energy needs and making their homes a far more comfortable within.
Both homeowners opted for a higher performing external insulation board thereby achieving a U-value of 0.22 W/m2K. A new condensing boiler, zoned heating system and attic insulation were also provided by Churchfield in one the houses.
The benefits are not only being felt by the homeowners but are also there to be seen as aesthetically the houses are united with an insulated makeover.
